Our client is a global logistics and freight forwarding company looking for Logistics Distribution Administrative Assistants for their Mississauga location. These agents will be responsible to provide customer service and administrative support. Candidates are required to be flexible between 7am to 7pm, client will provide a shift schedule based on candidate's experience as well as the Client/ Account they will be providing service to.

This is a long-term, ongoing position with excellent potential of becoming a permanent full-time job.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Flexibility required to work between any shift 7am to 7pm based on accounts management)
Rate: $19.00 to $21.00/hour depending upon candidate's experience

Job responsibilities: Distribution Administrative Assistant- AM Shift - Temp to Hire
 Distribution agent / Client service agent would be responsible for working in an office environment and assisting with 3PL/ Logistics customer service, order management, tracking of inbound and outbound daily, weekly and monthly orders.
 To ensure orders are completed as per the client timelines and if any discrepancies find/inform/resolve it accordingly
 Closely work with warehouse team such as shipping receiving regarding order tracking, inventory management
 CSR will be coordinating with clients for inventory and shipment including Client satisfaction
 Working on different WMS (Warehouse management systems)
 Continuous requirement of orders monitoring and screen monitoring for order status
 Must be able to learn and perform time to time added duties(Go getter/ ownership/ sense of urgency/ Team player are the key traits)
 Apply analytical problem solving approach to meet the client requirements to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Experienced in Excel (pivot table/ charts/ v lookup/ etc.)
 Must have strong problem-solving skills
 Experienced in applying customer service skills
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to commit to Full-time hours and flexibility to work a shift between the hours of 7am to 7pm
 Previous experience in customer facing roles is a strong asset
 Previous experience in Logistics, supply chain and warehouse accounts customer service is a must
