WHAT ARE WE LOOKIN FOR:
We are looking for forklift Operators who are certified in Order Picker, Counter Balance and Raymond Reach for our clients based out in Pickering location. They are a manufacturer and distributor of construction and land scapping equipment. They are looking for forklift operators who will be responsible for operating all forklifts to pick all orders in a safe, accurate and methodical manner.
Please note: This location doesn't have transit facility, hence own vehicle is must.
Job Duties:
- Order picking of medium to large parts of heavy equipment by using machines.
- Careful handling of material is required as parts are very costly
- Picking / put away/ shipping and receiving is the primary function.
- Associates will be assigned on-site on the duties by the department leads or supervisors
Requirements:
Requirements:
Must have valid license for Order picker, Counter Balance and Raymond Reach
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in MHE including Order picker, Counter Balance and Raymond Reach
Must have at least two doses of vaccine
Must have their own vehicle
Fall arrest training(asset)
Worker Health & Safety Awareness certificate (available online)
Qualifications:
Recruiting Criteria:
-Candidates are required to complete registration and compliance criteria of Armor People Link
- Updated resume and Forklift License are required
- Valid photo ID, SIN and legal permit to work is required (applicable to candidates on work permit)
- Qualified candidates will be setup for an in-person interview with client followed by an on-site forklift driving test
- After the successful pass, Candidates will be given immediate joining dates.
