Our client is a global logistics and freight forwarding company looking for Logistics Distribution Administrative Assistants for their Mississauga locations. These agents will be responsible to provide customer service and administrative support for their clients.

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, The candidates are expected to be flexible to work in any given schedule as per client's requirements.
Payrate: $19 an hour + 4% vacation pay
Location 1: Erin Mills and Britannia Road, Mississauga
Location 2: 401 and Mavis Road, Mississauga
Distribution Administrative agent is responsible for working in an office environment and assisting with 3PL/ Logistics customer service, order management, tracking of inbound and outbound daily, weekly and monthly orders.
-Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution accounts
-To ensure orders are completed as per the client timelines and if any discrepancies find/inform/resolve it accordingly
-Closely work with warehouse team such as shipping receiving regarding order tracking, inventory management
- Working on different WMS (Warehouse management systems)
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
- Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary.
- Trace orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their order.
-Continuous requirement of orders monitoring and screen monitoring for order status
Experienced in Excel (pivot table/ charts/ v lookup/ etc.)
Must have strong problem-solving skills and works well with others/ team player
Excellent in customer service, able to understand customer needs and expectations
Leadership skill, being able to help lead a team
Ability to commit to Full-time hours and flexibility to work a shift between the hours of 7am to 7pm
Previous experience in customer facing roles is a strong asset
Previous experience in Logistics, supply chain and warehouse accounts customer service is a must
