Job Description
Armor People Link is looking to hire a part time Recruiter to provide support during the week and on weekends. You will assist in supporting the recruiting and placement process, No previous HR experience is required. Previous customer service experience in retail or the services industry that demonstrates good attention to detail, excellent people skills and a get it done attitude is highly valued.
Principle Functions:
Calling resumes and assessing for skills

Contact associates to confirm for upcoming shift.
_____
Assist with registrations for associates on line when required
_____
Calling and updating the recruiting database with candidate information.
_____
Document all communications with clients and associates to facilitate team communication
_____
Participate in special projects as assigned
_____
Must be able to work from home, independently and stay in contact with team online.
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and responsible to complete specific tasks independently

Must have good solid computer skills, Word, basic excel, Gmail and internet
_____
Good phone and customer service manners, must be positive, and patience when dealing with associates
_____
Solid organizational skills
_____
Good computer skills - Word, Gmail, typing
Qualifications:
Post secondary education preferred, or currently enrolled in a program
Ability to work from home part time:
3pm to 7pm - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday's, (can be flexible with these hour
_____
4 consecutive hours between noon to 7pm, ideal would be 1pm to 5pm - Sunday's
_____
Must have own high speed internet connection
_____
