Job Description

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator is to ensure all work is approached professionally and creatively to guarantee overall customer satisfaction by placing qualified associates, who match the client's profile, into the customer's work environment. Establish rapport with associates to foster loyalty and commitment, while developing client relationships.

Comply with policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook, and the Company Health and Safety objectives.

Principle Functions:

Prepare candidate for interview; ensure all candidates have completed all required documentation and testing; provide coaching on testing when required

Interview candidates' on skills, personality and general experience; ensure that candidate meets Armor People Link's quality standards
____
Input/Update candidate information in Stafftrak (HRIS system)
____
Understand candidate profiles and requirements through communication amongst the team to ensure proper placement at client
____
Receive orders for industrial and clerical positions. Make sure you understand what skills and experience are required for position.
____
Perform on-site check starts/orientations with new associates as required by client. Review with client current pool of candidates and discuss any issues, or future requirements.
____
Communicate with team members any order requirements, ensure that all team members have a thorough understanding of the safety requirements, job duties, personal protective equipment needed for position and other details. Achieve 100% fill rate.

Perform on going recruitment efforts, to ensure we have adequate pool of candidates at all times

Continually communicate with clients to update on any new starts or any problems. Follow up in person, by phone on through email to ensure service levels are met based on the service level requirements of the client

Document all communications with clients and associates in HRIS system to facilitate team communication
____
Assist with all Health and Safety related matters, from off-site injury documentation to client site injury, modified duty and overall back to work documentation; work closely with the team to keep on top of injured associate files.
Requirements:
Minimum post-secondary education; ideally in business or human resources, college or university (no preference)

Car to travel to client onsite in Mississauga
Qualifications:
Must have good solid computer skills, Word, basic Excel, any HRIS/CRM exp an asset

Good phone/customer service manner, must be positive, patience, yet work in a fast paced environment, making sure to remain focused!

Solid organizational skills
