Job Description
Are you a certified forklift operator with a minimum of two years of experience operating Crown Turret or Swing Reach forklifts? Do you possess a valid forklift license? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for potential Crown Turret or Swing Reach Forklift drivers for our client who is a global logistics and freight forwarding company based out in Mississauga. The associate will be responsible to operate Turret machine to pick all orders in a safe, accurate and methodical manner.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Order picking using WMS
Building and staging shipments
Stock put-away and Scan all new inventory into narrow aisle rack locations
Inventory maintenance/rotation
Load and unload trailers/containers as required
Actively communicate with supervisors and operators to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
Accurately document work performed
Assist in the efficient completion of inventory audits
Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping and place in proper containers or designated area.

Requirements:
Who is our ideal candidate:
- Must have valid Turret (Swing Reach) Forklift license
- Must have Valid working at heights / fall arrest certificate
- Ability to pass the Background check
- Associate will be required to pass an initial safe forklift operator test at our client site
- Associate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, productivity-focused environment
- Associate must be comfortable with frequent bending, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs

Selection Criteria:
An interview will be conducted by Armor consultant
Qualified candidates will be presented further to our client for the forklift test.
Associate will be required to pass an initial safe forklift operator test at our client site
Police clearance check
