If you are seeking for full time general labor work at Scarborough, then this might be for you.
Armor People Link is recruiting for high volume job openings at our various clients based out at Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham and North York area. Our clients are providing Days and afternoon shifts. These are full- time 8 hours shifts. These jobs are full time general labor assignment and students on drop can also apply.
The major responsibilities includes Order picking, sorting, pallet wrapping, packing, labelling, ticketing, skid wrapping, quality check and lifting involved from light to moderate.
It has two shift timings for morning and afternoon. Please see below for more details:
Location: Scarborough- Eglinton Avenue East and Sinnott Road
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Afternoon Shift: 4:30 PM-1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
What you need to do:
- The associates will be responsible to pick orders consisting of cases of craft beer.
- They need to be able to physically handle picking up cases of beer and placing them on skids for the entire day.
- Associates will be responsible for beer Keg sorting and empty pallet sorting
- Lifting is involved up to 50lbs. Constant lifting, standing and bending is involved.
- Associates must be comfortable to handle alcohol/beer cans.
Requirements:
-Pump Truck experience is an asset
- Ability to lift various weighted objects/products between 5 LBS and 50 LBS
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to stand and walk to 8 hours/prolonged periods
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
- At least 1-2 experience in warehouse
- Must have safety shoes
Qualifications:
All positions are paid legally on SIN, associates must be eligible to work in Canada on valid work/ study permits or PR/Citizens. We do not provide cash jobs.
