The company is located at Queen and Rutherford Intersection.
The candidate will be doing all 3 shifts as below: (BIWEEKLY ROTATIONAL SHIFTS)
Morning Shift: 7 am-3:15pm - $26
Afternoon Shift: 3pm- 11:15pm - $26 +$0.75 as afternoon shift premium
Night Shift: 11:00pm-7:15am - $26 +$1.25 as night shift premium
PLEASE NOTE- *The client is looking for candidates who are available to work full-time and are not attending school. The candidate MUST be available to work on a bi-weekly rotating shift schedule.*

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reads docket to check job specifications
Sets up and changes over Sleeves, mandrels, blades, ink pans, pots and materials using hoist and lifting equipment
Sets up the web and maintains during print run
Sets up and adjusts print decks based on job specifications and print quality
Learn to troubleshoot and resolve print issues
Measures colours and records on computer
Records all raw materials, time and job docket information on computer system
Help assistant press operators with loading and unloading of printed rolls, ink supply and return and cleaning of press and press area
Ensures consistent quality standards are attained
Fills in for operators and assistant press operators as required
Adheres to all Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations
Ensures cleanliness of the work area
Requirements:
WHO IS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
Good mechanical aptitude
Experience pulling up a press and filling in for an operator during absences is an asset
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Minimum 3 years of flexographic printing press experience
Ink matching and/or plate mounting experience is an asset
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Completion of printing program/diploma an asset
Qualifications:
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- An interview will be conducted by Armor consultant
- Qualified candidates will be presented further to our client for an interview
- Final decision will be taken by our client for successful on-boarding of suitable candidates
- Police clearance check is a MUST
