Here is the Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate our manufacturing client based out in Mississauga, ON. This is a long-term, ongoing position and associates with exceptional work ethics, attendance and performance can be given a hired-on opportunity with our client.
How does your day look like:
The role includes receiving the return products and break down and separate the inbound return units. The associate will require to use computer to email as they will need to communicate to our customer care team and are comfortable handling and lifting boxes. It will be critical that this person has strong reading/ writing English skills and has some computer skills (email, basic excel)
Receiver:
Break down/separate/palletize inbound return units
Supporting the driver signing in/out process
Maintaining organization and FIFO in the return lanes
Take the label, put the serial number in the system and give the label to admin person.
Preparing and labeling completed pallets for storage
Reshipping Returned orders
Prepare and upload files to SAP, reconcile to ensure accuracy
Cycle counting
Process consumer and retail return/exchange orders in SAP
Respond to email/phone requests for Return authorizations and regularly communicate with customer care team via email
Explore areas for new and improved processes; promote and demonstrate innovation and creativity to work process and problem solving.
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
What are we looking for:
- Must have General Labor experience
- Ability to pass the Background check
- Associate must be comfortable working in a fast paced, productivity-focused environment
- Associate must be comfortable with frequent bending, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in any given department
